I have a phobia when it comes to dental work to the point of panic. I had put off a lot of necessary work because of it, but took a chance with this practice because it's in the same building as my other doctors. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease. The receptionist greeted me immediately and made me feel welcome. The waiting area is clean and inviting, and they called me back within minutes. After confirming what needed to be done, they weighed the options with me and I didn't feel pressured to have anything done that I didn't need or want. Lauren, the hygienist, explained everything to me step by step and answered my questions without hesitation. I've had 2 visits so far, and I'm glad I found them.

Called for new patient appointment and due to a cancelation was scheduled the next day. The office is clean and the front desk person (sorry I didnt get her name) was very nice a helpfull. Lauren the hygienist is amazing. She explains what shes doing and gave a very thorough, gentle cleaning. Highly recommend! 👌

Absolutely terrible experience at Center One Dental Association in Philadelphia. From start to finish, everything was a mess. The front desk staff were rude and completely disorganized — no one seemed to know what was going on. My appointment started almost an hour late even though I showed up early. The hygienist was rushed and rough, barely explained what she was doing, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for even being there. The dentist seemed distracted and uninterested, didn’t answer my questions clearly, and the entire visit felt rushed and unprofessional. To make things worse, the office itself wasn’t clean — equipment looked old, and the waiting area was dirty and uninviting. On top of that, billing was confusing and they overcharged me for services I never agreed to. When I tried to get it sorted out, no one returned my calls or emails. Overall, this was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Its coming up on a year now that I have became a patient to Center One Dental Associates these people are Amazing and are true to there professions . The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly .I am definitely staying with them for a very long time now that I found them !! I must say if you are looking around for a dentist this team is the ones you don't have look no futher..you got them and thank all of you with my care and needs always!!
